How does it work?
We will remove any damaged teeth and infected tissue at first. Afterwards, an adequate number of implants made from titanium, which are known as temporary sub-structures for your artificial teeth, will be inserted into the jaw. At this point, the prosthetic teeth are inserted. You'll leave our office with a great smile on the spot.
Please note that the prosthetic teeth cannot be removed by you or the dentist for at least a few months. When the implants have fused to the bone in the jaw a few months later, the temporary prosthesis will be replaced with a much stronger prosthesis that will remain permanent. You can request any changes in the size or shape of the teeth when we're at this stage.
The artificial teeth will have a strong support made from titanium, and you'll never need a removable denture.

What is Teeth-in-a-Day?
Teeth-in-a-Day is a procedure that benefits patients who have missing or severely diseased teeth. You can have this treatment for both health and cosmetic reasons.
Riverview Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry offers this option to reduce the waiting time for implant-supported teeth. Permanent teeth are inserted immediately at the time of the extraction where you won't need a removable denture.
